- WHO CAN ORDER AT POPSHOP RUGBY?
The webshop is available for volume club orders aswell as individual club merchandising.
- HOW TO ORDER IN A FEW SIMPLE STEPS?
- Go to the online shop tab in de menu on the top of the page.
- In the column on your left, select the category of your choice
- Click the article you want and, in case, choose color, size and quantity.
- Add your article to the shopping card / shopping basket
- Add to card
- Repeat step 1 to 4 untill you have all the items you want
- Go to the shopping basket in the right top corner
- Click Checkout
- Fill in your Billing details and – if different – your Ship to address
- Optionally you can write something the free space at ‘Order notes’.
- Confirm ‘I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions’
- Place order
- You’ll receive an order confirmation (invoice?)
- Pay straight away through regular bank transfer or via QR-code on the invoice.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Once your payment is received on the POPSHOP Rugby bank account, we will start the process.
If stock items, delivery will be in 2 to 14 days.
If custom made items, delivery can be 6 weeks for teamwear and 12 weeks for balls. - WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship:
In Belgium Free Of Charge shipping costs if spend > € 500.
In BeLux with shipping costs € 30 per box of 20kg.
International with calculated shipping costs, depending on volume of the order.
- WHAT IF THE ARTICLE I BOUGHT AT POPSHOP RUGBY DOESN’T FIT?You can return your item within 2 weeks of receiving it. Your item must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition and must also be free from damage.
The return is at your expense, but please let us know in advance you will be returning an item so we can provide the proper follow-up.
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
You can simply pay by bank transfer of the QR-code on your invoice.
